Those are 99-00 SiR's. They shouldn't be too expensive now, since they're not that high demand anymore. The 2003 Civic LX Sport have those wheels too.

yea the newer civics have them too. But they have like big donut tires on them. like 195/60/15. At least the SIR's had 55's
