ummm, really just do the circut, its based for people that only have 30-45 min in the gym, hits all the major muscle groups and does the trick if thats what you want... personally i like to focus each day on diffrent muscles.. i have a pretty weird plan... eg. day 1 chest and bi's day 2 tri's and traps day3 lats and full ab's workout day 4 legs.. not many people like it but it works for me usially takes about 1-2 hours depending on my chatting
