    Good writeup, but his neighbour probably has some severe mental disorders and is not being treated for it. Paranoia being #1.

    Wow..that guy must be as derranged as his neighbour, wasting all his time like that going back and forth with the guy?

    That's why they have guns. Sounds like he doesn't get out much, it could be years before someone figures out he's buried under the porch of his house!

    Just kidding.

    It WAS a good way to kill 10-15 minutes.
