FS: Holset HY35 aka poor man's GT35R.. 550whp for $590
Selling my late model (HE351W) HY35. Too big to actually fit in my engine bay without some serious custom work that I don't feel like doing (actually, I just don't want to spend even more money on it).
Absolutely mint condition. The turbine housing hasn't even started rusting, everything looks brand new. Zero shaft play in any direction. Has only seen 3,000 miles on a stock '03 dodge diesel.
Includes the boost control solenoid which you would control with a modded Megasquirt, a 4" intake elbow and filter (filter is not that good tho), the 4" v-band clamp for the exhaust, a -4AN->1/8" NPT oil inlet fitting, and an oil drain flange. I paid $500 for it, then paid $90 in duties, and I am not looking to make money on this.
Turbine housing is 9cm^2 (roughly 0.65 AR) standard T3 inlet with integrated bigass internal wastegate
compressor 60mm incuder / 85mm backface
turbine 65mm backface / 58mm inducer
Compressor is basically equivalent to a GT35R, except it is good for up to 4 bar boost instead of only 3Despite the smallish turbine housing, it will still hold crazy boost until 8k rpm, and it will spool 15psi by 3,300rpm on a stock cammed 2 liter.

Will take a trade + some cash for a regular T3/T4, less cash if its a T04E, I'd need more if its a T04B
