FS: h22a1 long block

i have an h22a1 longblock i payed 1926 which is high price but i didnt know about jdm source at the time. im looking to get about 1400 for it where when i got the engine they told me that it had about 120 000Km but i cant confim that. It will come with water pump, timing belt and better condition vavle cover due to the fact that it from ontario. any reasonable offer considered if i dont get rid of it i might just put it in my accord
