Medical Malpractice and Wrongful Death in Alberta

Does anyone know of any good medical malpractice lawyers in Alberta (specifically Edmonton)?

Or has anyone or their family been involved in a medical malpractice suit here?

Please keep the joking out of this thread. It is in regards to a family member who passed away during surgery due to an accident performed in the operating room during fairly routine surgery.

Talk to a guy in Calgary named Greg Rodin. The place is called Rodin Law Firm. I believe they have a Medical Malpractice team there. The guy is second to none from my experience. Unfortunately I have lost his card. I'm sorry.

All i know is that in Alberta, it is a very LONGGGGG and EXPENSIVE.... and LOOONNGGGGG and very expensive road to travel down.

I know nothing about you, or your situation, but ask yourself this. Will money bring them back? Or could your time be better used to remembering the person.

I really dont need people googling things that I have already searched for. We already have a few leads. I am more looking for people who may have been down this road in Alberta before or know somone who has.

Our family understands this and is not looking for revenge or to win the "lawsuit lottery".

There are many people who have similar surgeries and we are hoping that the negligent parties are recognized for their actions and that procedures are put in place so that this doesnt have to happen to another family.
