CEL Code 20... HELP!

anyone know what the problem??? this light has been bother me for the past couple months haha... i've tried using the service manual.. and it tells me to check the voltages goin through the ELD but i can seem to find the right coloring of wires..

oh yeah code 20 = Electric Load Detector (Charging System)

It won't affect your car in anyway - just an annoying engine light. If your ECU is chipped you can disable this code very easily.

when im at high revin my headlights tend to blink but not turn off... just kinda not enough power
