Min Sq footage for CMHC?

I was looking on MLS right now and there are a few properties with private comments that state that CMHC won't give mortgages to buyers because of the size.

I went on the CMHC website and could not find anything like this, nor have I ever heard of this restriction. Does anyone know what that size restriction is? Just curious.

I believe the min Sq Ft. for CMHC is Either 650 or 700SqFt, i know it's different in Reddeer then in Calgary
