best place to get one is prolly at the uc microstore. If you have friends who go to the U get em to buy it for you as you need ID. But its the same old windows just with special student pricing

Its an upgrade but same deal, boot like normal, if no windows installed will ask for any windows disk from previous gen, put it in it accepts and lets you continue to install fresh
