Robbed by SAIT
So I had my squash racquet in a locker in the Heart Building and since I've been so busy i hadn't checked on it in a month or so. The locker was also my friends who finished the course a month ago as well. So the locker expired and SAIT confiscated my racquet. I asked the guy if I could get it back and he said they threw it out.
So I know I'm not in the right here .. Its ignorance and stupidity that led to this .. BUT has anyone ever had this happen and found a way to get their sheiot back?

Seems like a no brainer to me...if you left your shit in my house after your rental contract or lease expired, I'd toss it out too. Pretty reasonable expectation on their part - unreasonable on yours to expect otherwise...

yah i know .. but wouldnt ya think there would be an unclaimed items or lost and found bin or some sheiot .. who throws away perfectly good shieiot .. i dont think its unreasonable .. just .. fuck like what if i had like my fathers ashes in there or some really precious sheiot .. or some sheiot .. and i was struck by a hit of bad luck and was in the hospital or some sheiot and couldnt clean the sheiot out .. then wtf .. you threw out my DAD ...
