Never knew there was paint on windshields.Originally posted by sneek
Its not that hard to do yourself. Just make sure your touch up paint matches. If you want more info feel free to PM me. I would do it for you cheap too, if it wasn't sooooooooo cooooollllddd outside!
The Car Salon does it, but they don't have the greatest rep right now.

But most dealerships can fix it for you... Might get raped though

...its been a long day. I thought he chips in his paint!
Not sure what area of the city you are looking to go to but here's one...great service for me.
Cal-Alta Auto Glass
Address : 9827A Horton Road SW, Calgary, AB T2V 2X5
Telephone : 403-252-5050
how much do they usually charge for it @ Cal-Alta Auto Glass
there's somebody on here that does at your door service, can't remember what they charge but if i remember correctly they said the 4th one's free or something like that.
^^It's been a while so prices might have changed but give them a call - they are great at quoting you over the phone.
I do them for $20 for the first chip, and $10 for every other one on top of that, and from what I've seen every other place charges around the same.. I wouldn't be looking around for mobile units. It's not the smartest idea to be trying to repair a windshield chip when the glass is cold.
Professional outfits have what it takes provide outstanding results for their clients, no matter what the conditions. Too bad there's not many of them.Originally posted by LMVantage
