Well I thought the pictures were self-explanatory but,

It basically when you find yourself doing a guy/girl from behind (doogystyle), you reach forward
and hook thier mouth with any number of fingers.

You can do this from one or both sides of their mouth, with as many or few fingers as you want.
You can also incorporate hand signals into the fish hook.
The basic fish hook is your double sided, single finger hook. (pic is double finger)




Now the best part is... its now acceptable to fish hook your friends
in public or private, in a non-sexual way. Guy's fish hooking girls is most commonly accepted.




This last pic,is a new method of fish hooking I'm unawre of.
It looks like an over the top full finger face hook, probably some
hand signals in this one?
