Anyone got a downtown place for rent?

My roommate is selling his place in evanston (where I currently reside), and we all have to be moved out come sept 1.


I'm freaking out right now because I only have one real prospect for a roommate, and nothing decent can be found online.


Looking for 2bedroom, downtown, eau claire, mission, kennsington (you get the idea, walk to the downtown core)

Max rent ~1500 w/out utilities.

Anyone on here looking to rent their condo or apartment out?



These are crazy times for renters , I'll probably be looking to buy in 6-8 months, so a shorter term lease is preferred.





OR, if you have a downtown or near downtown HOUSE for rent, please let me know as well, and disregard the 1500 limit, as I'll be able to fill another room with a girlfriend from edmonton.

btw we are gainfully employed (electrician, field tech for major oilfield company)..

don't party (have a friend with a house on 18th ave right across from melrose, party there)

and don't smoke/have pets.

i have stuff in forest lawn

its the closest community east of downtown, one block from ctrain, very nice area, albert park raddison hieghts, upscale.

1900 per month you also get a downtown view
