    thinking about it....

I haven't been there for a few weeks now.

However if they have staging problems or equipment issues, I'll be passing. I'm only interested in my times, so if that can't happen there's really no point. Anyone know if it's all good as far as they know?

Anyone want to possibly do me a favor and ask a tech inspector something? I may go down tonight anyways but we'll see.

I want to know if my car has to have a cut off switch because the battery is in the trunk. I'm hoping I will be exempted because it was a factory installed option for 1980's BMW 325 I models. It is not an aftermarket battery relocation kit. There is a junction post under the hood on the firewall as well.

It would be much appreciated if someone asked for me so I know in advance. Much thanx to someone who can ask.

If it's factory I think it's good. But don't quote me on it. Maybe one of the Saturns Redline owners might want to chime in seeing as it's factory for them too to have a battery in the trunk.

If it was not relocated to the trunk and is a factory option your battery will be fine.

Silver car's all fixed up now?

Yup, had some water ingestion issues... long story.

Was a great night tonight for runs.... too bad it was so darn busy I could only get in 3 passes.

One of which where I turned up the boost and they didn't get me a time.

So I ran one more at 10.5 psi.

    Ran a 13.17 @ 105 mph!

Look out SRT guys, I'm coming for ya. haha

Ince my alky injection and Zeitronix wideband get here, I'll feel a little more comfortable turnign up the boost. Maybe even go for 12 psi and see what happens.

hey, likewise man. I can post the vid of our run if you want tomorrow.... no times even came up on the clock though as far as I know. I knew it was a wash anyway when we were staged and then they pulled us back to check the track. Ah well....

it's hard though I tell ya to go back to 8psi after you've just run at 11.

I make around 320 whp at 11psi and 275 at 8psi. You can certainly feel the difference.

Tonight was the first time I had to switch to 5th gear before the line. Usually I'm able to just hit the rev limiter in 4th as I'm going over the trap.

    12.8x @ 123mph and that was with a shitty ass launch. I would still take a c6 z06 + change
