200 HP JDM H22A VTEC engine
Auto Transmission w/LSD swaped in May 2005 (From JDM Source, low KMs)
New water pump, timing belt, tensioner, fuel filter during swap in May 2005
New exhaust system installed by Minute Muffler in May 2005
AC recharged in May 2005
New windshield replaced in May 2006
New Sony CD/MP3 headunit w/ remoter installed in May 2006
New shift cable changed in June 2006
New K&N cone air filter w/polish stainless tube replaced in June 2006
New Energizer battery (850A cold crank AMP) replaced in July 2006
240K on odometer (currently, 20K after swapped)

one set of 15 inch Alloy shown on pic(dual pattern will fit CIVIC too), performance tires, lots threads left
one set of 14 inch stock steel w/ tires for winter
Minimal rust in right rear wheel well, rust converter treated already.
AC blows cooooool (recharged by 2005)
Very clean interior, no tears on seats
Will throw in a known good transmission as spare.

This install was done right - I've even ridden in the car, it's a great deal for whoever buys it.

engine from JDM Source, compression test results excellent. , swapped in May 2005. No sure about the exact mileage , I was told it was low.
20K since then, odo shows 240K now.

I've recently installed a Apexi VTEC controller. It shows really difference now.

Energizer battery was not shown in this one.

It is an EX model. power everything except sunroof, so don't have to worry about leaking. :-p
Interior is very very clean. Actually, even in engine bay, it is shining too. :-)
