Help me ID this hip hop sample...

I put this mp3 on PutFile to see if anyone could help me id a certain sample. The very first thing to play, before the violins (the instrumental itsself is more important, not the rapping) is a song i have been looking to find the instrumental of for a while. I just need the name so i can go buy the vinyl.

Sorry to disappoint but I either. Lemme know when you do find out though cuz that's an ill beat. Weird thing is you can tell from just those few bars that the dude can spit but I can't even tell you the name of the MC.

the only thing is, is that im pretty sure that the sample at the beginning was a prerecorded sesh by a dj, and by that i mean im pretty sure that the actual MC's sample is seperate from the instrumental itself.
