    Default Ford "Fucus"

I could swear I saw a ford focus re-badged to say "fucus". It is a beautiful car, a little loud, but nice clean front bumper, and decent enough rear bumper/valence, and nice side skirts.

Black, and polished so shiny you could see the sky in the paint.

Beautiful car man. I didnt get a chance to snap any pictures, but its a beatiful car.

I have quite a few more, the more noticeable ones are the RS replica narrowbody kit and the CF hood.

The link to my cardomain.com page in my sig has the complete list.

Here's the most recent picture I have. Sorry for the poor quality.

Well it was definetely a truely sweet car. We lined up on bowness rd @ the lights. I was the guy in the s4, lowered, rims, and an awfully confused look on my face.

    But honnestly. Good job!

I wish I would have paid more attention...I was probably driving home from work so I was in "get home quick to relax" mode.

An S4 is definitely a nice car. Do you have any pics?

    Calarina,
Very nice car! Definitely caught my attention one summer afternoon - stuck in a traffic jam on 6 Street SW. I really like the Euro rear bumper with the single reverse light. Just curious, did you rewire the rear signals to Euro spec? Was it difficult?

I work downtown, so I would have been trying to get home as quick as I could.

The full body kit is a replica of the Focus RS ground effects in Europe made for the USDM gen 2 Focus. The wiring for the taillights, fog lamp (left side of the bumper), and reverse light (right side of the bumper), wasn't difficult, just time consuming to modify the wiring. I think it really makes a difference.

Here's a pic I took with my cameraphone:

Googe - People call the Focus a "Fucus" to make fun of it...it provides laughs and conversation with vehicle enthusiasts.

Hehe... downtown traffic rocks... I was trying to get home quickly too. But quick is just a relative term. When I saw your car I believe you still had the USDM rear lights but had the bumper lights installed already.

Honestly I hate these one-red-light-does-all rear ends, i.e. brake, tail and signal lights are all handled by one bulb. The Euro setup is much better, and IMO, should be mandatory. Signal and brake lights should always be separate.

Is there anywhere you can direct me to take a look at wiring diagrams for this rewiring? Thanks again.

Unless you want to sign up on the Forum it's posted on, I can send it to you. It's actually a how-to, no wiring diagrams involved. I believe I have it saved on my computer, or I can save it on my computer anyway.

The way we did it wasn't 100% the way it said, you can actually do the majority of the wiring in the rear of the vehicle (except the fog lamp), whereas in the instructions it suggests you do everything from the front of the vehicle. The how-to was more of a guideline to help us, it wasn't very specific.
