Roommate Wanted: Oct 1.
I'm seeking a professional to share a beautiful high end 1100sq foot downtown condo with me, starting the first week of October.
Rent is $700, or $750 with the parking spot, plus 1/2 utilities.
Condo is only a few years old, comes with all appliances (including washer and dryer, nice), and has one parking spot which I am currently not using.
This place is just off 17th ave. SW, in a quiet professional building.
I am a 23 year old male, working in the Oil and Gas industry, and would prefer a professional female (I've lived with both guys and girls, women seem to care a bit more about the fine details & nuances that come with sharing a place.. ie; my beer is still in the fridge when I get home from work.)
If you're a guy, and interested, shoot me a line anyway. Only professionals with "gq" or higher end attention to decorating and lifestyle prefered.
