Compustar Alarm Help

I was a victum of getting an alarm done by Ryan Derdall, it seems like he has gone out of business therefore I cannot get my problem fixed. The starter works, but alarm does not and all audible does it work, ie. when you unlocked/lock no sounds work anymore and the lights do not flash.

Does anyone know where I can get this fixed and how much?

What is the name and model of your starter/Alarm?
It may be a simple setting change, and I do have alot of manuals available.
