Add to that I use to work with a Bobby and Nils years ago, and everytime I had the chance to use the P.A. system I would go "Neils and Bob to receiving, Neils and Bob to receiving ....thanks"

I used to work as a cashier at Safeway, and when a customer uses their club card their last name appears on the bottom of their receipt. So we were trained to thank the customer by name when we handed them their receipt. I remember one time in particular I almost couldn't contain myself when I handed this dude his receipt and had to say "Thank you Mr Wigglesworth"
