Well I bought some Cusco Zero-2's and installed them on the car today so my beloved spoon suspension is up for sale. The reason for selling these is because I required adjustable height and dampening setup. The ride heght on the Spoon's was fantastic and I loved the handling it provided.
Here is what the Spoon site says about this setup:
"Piston valves operate incessantly in periods lasting only hundredths of a second, thus leading to the endless occurrence of attenuation. In order that attenuation values can be precisely realized for the extreme times and precision levels characterized by a speed of 0.01 m/sec, we have conducted exhaustive testing in a range that far exceeds that of even the genuine-part, race-application component. As a result, we were able to achieve a characteristic, which is scarcely influenced by variations in road-surface or undulation, which features smooth changes in attitude during braking and high-speed cornering, and which allows easy recognition of transient factors. Furthermore, the upper mount was given a large material thickness, and in terms of bush hardness and degree of displacement, additional tuning was carried out for dedicated parts. "
I'll have pictures up within the week (just took em off today). I bought them for $1,400.00, looking to get $800 O.B.O. Will consider trades as well. They have about 5,500 miles on them.
(awesome bubble wrap included)
Thanks!
