    When I turn the power button up my psp just flashes from black screen to not on screen

    Were you modding it, or changing firmware? Hold down power button for 30 seconds, see if anything happens.

    try removing the battery and then plug it in

    are you sure you didn't use anysort of homebrew or downgrader? sounds like you have a bricked psp
