I just wanted to mention the fact that this is only one side of the story. We do not need to respond anymore to this thread, as it is full of lies. If you wish to believe this story the customer is telling, go right ahead, but we have found that he is not the most credible person. He lied to us about a few things, and in this post is an example. He paid $400 + Tax, which by my calculator works out to $424, not the $440 he claims to have paid. Now I realize that $16 is not a big deal, I am just showing that he is misleading. As for the BBB, thank you for posting the fact, that they have never had a complaint about THE CAR SALON, or its employees.
I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS ETHICS... BUT ITS SIMPLE
YOU LEARN BASIC ETHICS IN GRADE SCHOOL.
THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
AND THATS THAT.
IF YOU DIDNT KNOW THAT, THEN MAYBE YOUR ENTIRE STAFF SHOULD GET BACK INTO SCHOOL TO COMPLETE BASIC ECONOMICS CLASSES, AND BUSINESS ETHICS CLASSES.
Even I have had a bad experiance with TCS.
I asked about tint one day and quoted me like $500
Got my white friend to go in another day and then they quoted him $350.
Racism in play here or what?
Quote was on same truck.
Only diff. was that I am brown and he was white, thats all.
NEVER EVER EVER
Getting anything done from them
EVER !!!
