    Default prep and primer for bumpers

    any suggestions on prep and primer for bumpers, or anything else that will help keep the bumpers from chipping after paint?

    I am getting my bumper re-painted by Herbers and it is well worth it to let a pro do besides its only a couple of hundred bucks
