Who can solder capacitors on an ECU?

I need to change out a couple capacitors on my cars ECU, but I don't have any soldering experience and I really don't want to fry it myself.
Does anyone know of a good reputable electroncs shop that can do this for me?

I soldered stuff all the time as well, but I dont feel like it right now.
