these for fourth or fifth cause all the websites i find about intrax springs say that the 4th and 5th gen are different

They will fit both 4th and 5th Gen preludes. You can call Nick @ speedtech and I'm sure he will tell you the same thing. He had a 4th gen and I had a 5th gen if that helps.

The suspension for the 4rth and 5th gen preludes was very very similar as long as the 5th gen was not a type SH.
