So we all know how he plowed through a group of innocent people last new years, killing 1 and ruining many lives just because him and his loser friends weren't allowed in a party. You would think he would have some remorse over what happened but he clearly shows he doesnt really give a fuck.
Knowing some of the victims, I've followed this a bit closer than most. People I've talked to who have shown up to his court dates saw he is always smiling and seen joking around in court.
I was pretty surprised to hear that, but even more shoked when I read this article in the herald:

"As a jury determined his fate behind closed doors, Samrat Dhuna was having his bail revoked for spending a boisterous night out with his brother and a friend.
Court of Queen's Bench Justice Peter McIntyre said that while he can understand Dhuna was enjoying a last hurrah before the jury's verdict on a charge of second-degree murder, drinking is a clear violation of his bail conditions.
"If it was a last hurrah I understand your motivation, but you motivation does not excuse the act," said McIntyre.
Dhuna, who appeared intoxicated in court, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. by homicide detectives, who had been tracking him after he failed to return home in time for a court-imposed curfew.
Police who serached the car in which Dhuna was a passenger found alcohol and marijuana.
A jury is deliberating a dozen charges against Dhuna stemming from a New Year's Eve killing, which resulted after a van was driven into a crowd of people."
Showing up to court drunk and getting caught in a car with booze and weed? This piece of shit should be in jail for life. Can you imagine being the parent of the girl who was killed, to see the killer free on bail partying all night long?
