Default Strut bars and anti-roll bars

What's everyone's opinion on them? Are they worth it? Any really handling 'improvements'

I know lowering springs will help some with less body roll. I take corners way too fast in a sedan

Reduces chassis flex, therefore more stability = more fun around twisties!

Anti-sway bars provide better handling than strut tower braces.

Sway bars or anti roll bars are under the car and tie to the suspension of the car and help reduce body roll and have a big impact on balance of the car. They will impact on handling of the car. But at the same time they can make the car less forgiving at the limit. There is also a noise penalty with after market sway bars cause they use urthane bushings which can be noisy if not maintained.

Strut bars or tower bars normally are on the shock towers of the car and reduce chassie flex which mostly will improve the feel of the car.

I would start off with a nice 22mm rear sway bar only on civics and tegs the front bar is not needed if your goal is a netrual handling car.
