    That thing will use a LOT more energy than the Segway, so I wouldn't say it would make the segway obsolete.

    The segway however doesnt go 25mph like this one does. You could almost "drive" this thing in residential areas like a car (except for the obvious legalities behind that).

    lol every once in a while i get the chance to see a segway rolling around in the mall

    but the funniest thing i saw was the segway driving on 11th street

    Segway is cool as a toy. But sucks as a major transportation tool.

    There's no suspension/damping and probably kill your ankle on repeated use.

    I thought you could push him into shit though. the only way it can balance is by moving, so if you push him hard enough over and over again, you can smash him into displays and stuff

    My dad says he sees them once in a while downtown, I don't think they're THAT expensive...
