Default how does COD via Greyhound Courier Express work?

can anyone explain me how mailing via Greyhound Courier Express work using Collect on Pick-Up?

like I send a package, declare the value to be for example 300$ plus the mailing charge (~20$)
does this mean that when the person has to come pick up the package at his local Greyhound Courier Express, he has to pay the 300$ + ~20$ and the receiver gets the 300$ later on and how?

Yes, but you'll have to pay up front for the service, so you either eat that, or add it to the total you want from him.. You declare it cod and tell them the amount you want.. they then send it to you.. not a long turn around though...

You can also get him to pay for the item and then COD the delivery charge.
