Try posting on howard forums. It's more of a cellphone / PDA type forum.

Contacts, calendar, and mail are synched with outlook through activesync. When you open the activesync window, you can go to tools>option and check off what you want to be synched. I'm not sure, but you might have to do something through outlook. For me it just set itself up after i installed activesync. Try uninstalling, re-installing activesync if all else fails.

It might be your version of activesync then. Search for activesync 4.5 beta online and give that a try. Which version are you using by the way?

Something you may have already done:

    1) Check that you have adequate privileges? (IE: Admin)
    2) Does your computer recognize the device? If not, you may need to head over to the motorolla site and get the latest drivers for your OS.

Hows the phone? I used one yesterday and it felt kind of flimsy and cheap to me. Right now I'm using blackberry 8700r and its decent, but I want to get something better, just checking to see what people have said about the Q?
