Actually, it's quite easy to tell this one is a replica.

Those subdials shouldn't have the day of the week, months in the year etc. Plus everything else looks wrong.

It used Japanese EPA movement so all I can is that it's high quality replica.

I think you mean ETA movement, however there is no such thing as a Japanese ETA movement. There is a Swiss ETA and a poor Chinese knockoff of the Swiss ETA (lots of QC problems).
