Default my CAR windows are frozen, and i mean FROZEN

the inside of my windows are iced, and i can use my finger nail to scrape it to chunks of ice/snow. What can i do to solve this? i think i can get the ice off if i use a blow dryer and blow it, but then it mite just freeze up again. Whats a good suggestion?

sounds like a single pane window. in that case nothing, might try a plastic film on it but i'm not sure if that will work

Dont use the recycle air button, use the outside air, full heat, with air conditioning on.

A/C is drier than the recirculated air. A few extra cents to run your air conditioner is worth the safety of being able to see out your window.

If you let your car warm up properly inside before driving then it'll make a huge difference. If you don't, you might never get the condensation/frost off the inside of the windows.

simple, set the heat to full with the ac on. it will act to dehumidify your car. Works well in my cars.

Yeah it de-fogs or de-ices the windows pretty quick. IN most newer cars if you set your dail to blow the air on the windows, it will automatically put on the ac button and you will see it light up. Thats the deal in my last acura and my 2002 honda anyway. It will blow hot dry heat.

I usually go start the car and set it to 2 out of 4 on the fan, with the defroster on the rear window and recirculation.. it runs that way for 5-10mins, then I go out grab the snow brush and crank it full blast, and turn off the recirc.... brush off the windows and it should be good to go, up to temp, and clear.. I find it bad when my gf gets in after a shower, the warm wet air off her hair steams shit up quick, so you have to keep that air going, the more air you move the less fog and ice will form. If you use the recirc air all the time, it will be moist from you, your breath and melted snow off the mats and stuff...

Yeah recirculation will warm up your car the fastest but once its warm you gotta quickly turn that off before it fogs like crazy. But ac and heat ftw.

Also, if your heater sucks, you might want to make sure you don't drive fast while it's still frosted up somewhat (or even at all, depending on the temperature inside your car).

Over the past couple days, I started driving when my windshield had defrosted on the inside a little bit, enough so that I could see. But, when I started driving it froze up again almost instantly.

My car wont heat up at all unless i drive it. The temperature gauge will stay at one digit (its a digital readout), even if i leave it in the driveway on for 15 minutes. Its retarded. (2006 civic)

This usually happens because you track in lots of snow and it melts in your floor mats, evaporates, and then freezes on the inside of the windows.

try to remove as much snow as possible from your feet before getting into your car.

what I also do is leave a window open a tiny bit to let the humidity out while the car is parked. this helps a lot.
