As harsh as it sounds i agree that he should've been the one to die.
But anyone who knows someone that's died from drunk driving can tell you it's never the guilty that die. Always the innocent.

My guess is he saw her, probably too retarded to check her pulse, freaked out and decided to run.

    Fucking stupid peice of shit.

I know it sounds wrong just like Sparx said but for sure he should have been the son of a bitch that died.

and as jay42w8 said i wonder if the son of a bitch even checked if she was ok before he took off.

I don't even see the point in driving drunk. I mean we all hear so many story's about drunk driving accidents. Not too mention why would u endager someone else you car about, if ur going to drive drunk (which is mad retarded) do it when you're by yourself. Me personally i love those around me and my car too much to drive drunk...

That wasnt a "noble" sacrifice, he just didnt want to end up in jail, etc.

I dont think anyone should have died. Why would that girl drive with a drunk guy? Somewhat her fault as well.

Well I would probably would want to be dead, but like anything in life, you must face what you do/have done, face to face, none of this running away from it. But hey, thats how I look on it, always have.

    it's always said but...

it's ALWAYS the passenger/someone else who dies in a crash involving a drunk driver!

    RIP

I couldn't have said it better myself. Drunk drivers should all be shot, and I don't feel remotely bad about saying that either.

I just punched myself in the face after reading your inarticulate mumbo jumbo pile of crap.

I'm sure you know how to spell correctly, so like the commercial says, JUST DO IT!

Why should anyone have died? It would have been better if something terrible came close to happening, like a near death experience, that made the guy realize how goddamn stupid drunk driving is, and he stopped doing it, with no long term damage being done.

They're both stupid, she knowingly got into a car with an impaired driver. I dont think anyone should have died from it, but that was obviously the stupidest decision she ever made in her life. Too bad it was the last one. RIP to her, but at least he didnt plow some innocent sober car and kill the driver or passengers in there. I know all too well the pain you feel as a friend of a TRULY innocent person.

    There are other possibilities.

    - She could have been misled by her boyfriend, and she didn't have the experience to know how drunk he was. How does she know if her bf is at the legal limit, or just over the limit and enough to be charged?

    - She could have been way too drunk herself, or even already passed out and he put her into the car.

If she was drunk then they are both equally at fault. If she was sober, and got in the car, even more her fault. The guy did a stupid decision, but the girl is even stupider to follow. I dont think they should of died, but like stated before, just close to death or something to teach a lesson.
