im 23 , working out for 6 years
bench around 405 on a good day. once or twice a month since i do chest about 4 times a month. if it was dumbbells like 120's since its the max they have.
curl, i dunno i can put 4 plates on the preacher curl machine. its pretty heavy
shoulder press 120 since its the max. also, skull crushers and tricep extension 120
squat ... id liek to say 4 plates a side on a regular basis, but i normally been hitting the 3 1/2 a side
leg press , around 10-11 plates a side. around 1000lbs
a plate = 45lbs (if you dont know)
i weigh 205lbs
monday chest
tuesday legs
wednesday arms
thursday shoulders
friday off
sat back
sun off
i do calves and shrugs three times a week.
