anyone here collect coins? i have a bunch of pure silver quarters and half dollars from the 1930's and such and want to know how much they are worth.

and my stupid self just realized that you guys have different currency.........anyone know any websites?

for coins, it all about the exact year they were made, and their characteristics, if there were any recals and how many of that certain coin were made that year, i know coins made during the WW2 years are valued pretty high because not very many coins were made in those years.

I have tons of coins and bills from Canada, US, Europe, etc. but no idea how much any are worth. Is there a book with coins from all over?

I used to collect money and stamps way back when i was a little kid i probably have two boxes full of each and one time i remember going to some conference sort of thing at a hotel in calgary. They come every year and you can take your money/stamps and they value them out and you can sell them or auction them off and shit. Ill try to find some more info on it as id like to get rid of my collections.

Bump from the dead to ask about value of silver dollar proof coins. I had them in a Albern over ten years ago, and recall they weren't worth much, but wondered if there was a reliable online source these days for value.

I have some silver coins from about 5 years ago but the price is shit for silver at the moment. Wont be good for a few years I think.
