repair cost advice!!

hey
im just bout to have my del sol completed finally with repairs and the guy in red deer where im at is telling me he's gonna charge me $4500 for the work hes done. i wanna know if im getting a good deal or if he's overcharging me for the following list of repairs.. cuz i initially told him i wanted it in the range of 2-3 ish and he never really updated me on the extra costs till basically when i asked for my total ill be charged. so if anyone has some knowledge on that kinda stuff it would be greatly appreciated to know if he's overcharging me or not.

here's the list he gave me:

Pull frame at front
Pull front crossmember straight so wheel not crooked and adjust,
- to be checked and adjusted when alignment done with good wheel
Pull frame at rear and twist in body
Pull and adjustment while installing rear quarter
Cut and replace section in frame where strut contol arm mounts
Remove and replace with used quarter, inner section and outer
Remove and replace with new adjusting rear suspension upper arm
Remove and replace with used rear suspension lower arm
Remove and replace used rear suspension strut assembly
Bodywork and primed on replaced weld in sections and couple dents
Undercoating where required
Remove and replace used rear combination lamp assembly
Remove, repair bumper cover and replace
4 wheel alignment will be done

p.s.~hes supposed to be using second hand parts
