    Default CFP certified financial planner

Wondering if anyone on beyond.ca is a CFP.
I have no experience in this field but am interested in getting the CFP designation through online studies. Is ths the way to go? has anyone here done this?
What are my opportunities once I have this designation?

    Any thoughts much appreciated

You have shared great information. Few weeks ago, took services of a certified financial advisor Las Vegas for details about trends of financial market. He explained all things details and gave many tips too.

Halfway through the process right now (have taken the Level 1 Exam). Currently working as a fee-only planner.
