Carfax class action lawsuit?

I know Carfax is mostly for the US. But i was looking at cars in the states last year, so i bought a 1 month subscription.

Anyone else get an email about a class action lawsuit against carfax? Says for anyone who bought carfax prior to october 27, 2006.
