Anyone know how customs charges are determined? I'm buying a MP3 Player from the States for 198.90 (USD) with Shipping (UPS Ground). Just wondering how much I should be expecting for customs, and doesnt UPS charge something also?

don't get it send UPS ground!
you will get charged like $50 for a brokerage fee! Get it express or send it US postal Service. This usually makes up the difference for the faster delivery.
You also have to pay GST.

Damn, The company only sends UPS. I think I will send it to my friend in Colorado (Free Shipping), then give him money to ship it to me with the US Postal Service. Ahh well....Originally posted by benyl
