Lol. My protein shake consists of 2-3 Scoops of Whey(46-69G protein), 2scoops Raw steel cut oats(1/2cup), 1 Medium/Large banana, 1 cup Skim milk.
Protein is flavorless/Unsweetened protein from True protein canada. I love when i get milk or a banana in my shake. Its a treat. usually Plain Whey and water with Olive oil.
