    Default Skyline problems !!!

Hey my buddy has a 91 skyline and he just got it back from the body shop. He crashed it when it was icey out and the front end took a beating. The problem now is that the side marker lights, the in dash light, and also fog lights don't seem to work. I know when you switsh the light knob to the first all of these use to on but now don't? I don't know if it is a fuse or if the wire is shorted because every fuse I put in keeps blowing?!?!?!

    Any suggestions will help thanks!!!

^ Yeah prob a short, if you want to and i am by no way recomending it, try a higher amperage fuse, it had worked for me before.......

Could even be the ground for the deck. My buddy kept blowing taillight and dashlight fuses in his car and we couldn't figure out what was wrong, turns out the ground for the deck had come undone.

^ um that would have no effect on a lighting system, unless the ground from the deck touched something else, because the deck is also somewhat grounded through the antenna, just by the decks ground being unplugged couldnt have any effect on any other system but the deck, and the worst that is that it doesnt turn on, in 5 years of car audio, and many other years of being around vehicles, once again never seen that, although unless the illumination circuit somehow was backfeeding into the sytem because it was hooked up improperly (reversed the polarities ie orange/white -> orange)

as for the skyline, tell your buddy to check his lighting AT the actual lights themselves where the damage was, as body guys arent electronic specialists ive seen them do some stupid shit, them an mechanics.
