    Default anyone own ankle and wrist weights??

    wondering where to buy these...

    and..

    how much should i strap on for normal day to day stuff??

    if you have a set i will buy them off you

    depends what your going for... had some for a while for martial arts training purposes, just ten pounds each. Train with em same as normal... then take em off, good for some extra speed.

    oh, and you can get them at lotsa places, pretty sure walmart has em even

    sport check sells a variety of brands as well

    Wal mart does sell them. And the special K ones suck...you have to fill them with sand and even then im sure they'd suck.

    2-3 pounds for each leg should be sufficient, i dont know about strapping 10 pounds though or even 5 pounds for that matter....
