Translation help! Could someone please help translate these japanese documents?
Hey, Im new to the forum so i'll introduce myself first.
My name is Jordan, I live near Vancouver BC. I drive a 1990 Porsche 944s2 (eurospec).
I need some help translating these car documents from Japan, could someone please help me, it would be much appreciated!! (if the pictures are huge, im sorry but they need to be large for the text to be visible)

From what I gather they are different forms related to what seems to be a drug seizure vehicle. Or a vehicle in which was involved in either a large crime or a large amount of crime.
Some of it seems like it is Government related.
I'd be very concerned if you have purchased or are purchasing this vehicle.

The guy is probably ripping his car apart trying to find those drugs now.
I don't read Japanese, but I can make out some words. They are the registration and inspection documents, and they are issued out of somewhere in Hokkaido. If you look on a map you can see it's the northernmost island. Only thing I could think of that might concern you is maybe check the underbody carefully for rust, because the weather up there is colder and wetter.
Other than that I got nothing. I think on the bright side, your car might be better conditioned for cold weather, but it isn;t really that cold in Vancouver, so it's more of a concern here. I know my JDM had all kinds of problems and cost me thousands because it wasn't properly prepped for Calgary winter.

the 944 is constructed of aluminum and galvanized steel so i don't have rust issues to worry about
