mls doesnt seem to have much in the south end of town, and especially not much for condos, I'm looking for new, presale, used whatever, I dont really know where to be looking can anyone help me out

What are you looking for? I know of a couple condo's sown south which are listed exclusively. Also have a few coming onto the market which might fit the bill...
