WTB: Shifter for S14 SR20

Well, looks like the cheap short shifter that I bought months ago for my car turned out to be for the KA24 tranny or sumthin cuz it's not fitting (thank you ebay!).
I'm looking for the stock shifter or a aftermarket one, doesn't matter, as long as it works for the S14 SR tranny.

PM me, or reply on here if you have anything, I'll try the usual suspects tomorrow. (IE: JDM source)

Uh, any shifter that fits the ka24de/ka24e tranny will work with the sr. What kind is it? I just ran a GP for some a while back.. maybe i can help.

Gotta second that motion, the trannys are all pretty much the same shifter...till you get to the z32/rb25/rb26 tranny....they have a different shifter setup.

Thats what I thought too, the aftermarket shifter that they sent me from ebay is a really nice looking piece, and fits in the same hole as the stock shifter and everything. But the brackets that hold the shifter down wont bolt in as it's too large, and it seem s to stick up alot further than the stock shifter. Maybe I'm not installing it properly? I'll post up a pic of the shifter that I have, and of the ebay auction.

K hang on, I think I'm missing some parts then, that looks like the exact thing i got, but I think I'm missing that square plate, lemme check. Thanks ZIG!

Thanks guys I found the extra parts! I'm pretty sure I'll work now. I was trying to install it with just the lever! LOL! I'm such a tool
