    Default engine replacement

    If i replaced my current stock 89 integra engine with a b16a would it replace the head gasket and the distributor in my car now? not to sure any advice would be nice thanks in advance

    uhmm wat do you mean?? if the engine is new then you shouldn't have to? is it? but if you rebuilt the engine replace the headgasket, and if you don't want to spend the money on a new dist' then take some 140grit sand paper, and sand the points inside the dist' and on the rotor point, that makes better spark distribution .... but explain your self i'm not getting it?

    I just wanna clear up that it will indeed replace the distributor. I am highly aware i sound like a major newb but better be safe than sorry

    ill be the 1st to admit i dont know everything about cars (actually i know pretty much very little, but im slowly knowing what problems with cars are due to my past experience with my car hah)

    I didnt know anything until I started getting more hands on...Same with anything I guess. But if your serious about letting your engine go give me a shout, I may be interested.

    it needs a new head gasket and has 194, xxx kilos on it (not to bad for an 89) also its the 118 HP one so yea ill see what happens if i get the new engine heh then ill let ya know bud
