What's the ghetto-est neighborhood in Calgary?

This came to me while I was around Marlborough for the first time in a long time this weekend. That place is HOOD 4 REAL! It was like a completely different city. I've never seen so many people dressed in bright orange Ecko jerseys, FUBU sweats, and baby blue fitted caps. I loved it! Really brought me back to my high-school/wigger days. Forest Lawn gets a bad rap but I think Marlborough NE already is every bit as hood/ghetto as the Lawn. What's your take? Rep your set!

What are you... 12? Rep your set? Well one thing is for sure, by virtue of marlborough being a different 'city' your post is in a 'different language'.

I think the most questionable part of calgary is dover for sure.

Yes all the shootings are usually in Temple, not Whitehorn. But in general, Marlborough and every other area is not to dangerous if you learn to just stick to yourself and not involve yourself into the wrong crowd.

PS: marborough was a GREAT community until all of the renters who are 18 - 25 year old part time theifs showed up for the1000 doller rent prices and easy going tenants.

Marborough could EASILY "sorry MARBOROUGH PARK!!!" and marborough for that fact. could both be really great MID cost neighbourhoods close to downtown if people showed ACTION! INITIATIVE! and became a COMMUNITY rather than drift appart and steriotype it to death. My parents arrived here buying this house when it cost $52,000 they have SEEN this neighbourhood change and they have seen the circumstances causing the effect.

too bad it cant be the same great safe "hood" it used to be. So before you bash the hood, bash the people you saw wearing those colored hoodies and what not. *END RANT!* haha

but the above listed neighbourhoods seem to have the highest concentration of peoples with lowered standards and ethics. But there are they few making a name in those "hoods"

I’ve lived in Dover and Marlborough, and personally i think they're tame compared to the needles, hookers and old decrepit houses you see in vic park, really I think the people who think marlborough and dover are rough just say that as bystanders and have never lived there.
