Default Continental Auto Services - Experiences?

    208 37 Ave Ne
    Calgary AB, T2E 2L9

I want to get the convertible top on my Benz checked out, my boss says these guys are former MB techs, and are pretty good. Anyone here ever been?

I'm aware of the other German shops in town with good reps (Sheni's, Nurbugring...).

I was recommended them by RCTS to fix my hit-and-run. I would assume they do some good work (I'm still waiting to get it fixed). They seem to know what they're doing.

Now, I may be wrong, but for your hit and run, maybe you are thinking of Continental Auto BODY? They are a completely different company than Continental Auto SERVICES, and since they advertise themselves as Benz/BMW/Porsche specialists, I'm not sure if they are the best place to take a Supra?

Even I got confused when first starting the thread, I pasted in the body shop's address instead of the mechanics shop.

Crap. Well, I called them, and they told me straight up to take it to the dealer. Sheni's said the same thing.

When Lone Star Mercedes says "Wow, that's going to be expensive", does that usually mean "A little bit expensive", or "really fucking expensive"?

Damn. I knew I should have bought a BMW or something cheaper to maintain.

Oh well, say hello to your newest Mercedez Benz enthusiast*! I guess I should pick up a spoiler and some AMG stickers too.
