you probably were speeding even though we have no proof, you porbbaly were a jerk to the cop instead of courtious and polite since you are the one doing something wrong in the first place, you were oviosuly following way to close.

Also in the end 1 point is enough to drive correct and safe for the rest of your life.

If you are not a dick or doing something wrong you uually will not get a ticket.

have a finfe on my record for "littering a highway" becasue my friend in the passenger seat ran his mouth at the cop.....

I cannot see a cop just out kicking random peoples cars without some reasoning behind it.
